Jorge is the consummate community personality, full of energy and the drive needed to produce successful projects and boasts an impressive career in the entertainment industry. His energy and charisma gained him appearances in children’s television programming since the age of 5, including Romper Room, The Mickey Mouse Club, and The JC Penny Grad Night Tour.  His career as a child performer transitioned into becoming one of the most sought-after choreographers and special events directors in the Tampa Bay Area. He has had the opportunity to work with, choreograph, and instruct recording artists such as Willa Ford, Kristine W., Bebe Zahara Benet, Amber and Pepper Mashay; International DJs Tracy Young, Chris Cox, and Abel; fashion designer Andrew Christian as well as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers Cheerleaders, and The Tampa Bay Lightning. Jorge also has considerable experience in event coordination, property management, fashion consulting, and is a regular contributing writer with both OMG! Magazine and blu Tampa Bay. In the course of his achievements, he saw a need and an opportunity to gather his resources, connections, talents, and experience into a comprehensive business endeavor… thus TUMG was born. Being a proactive member of his community for many years, his vast business and personal networks has positioned him to create a company to help manage, support, and assist clients in overcoming their professional and creative obstacles. Jorge expressed, “What I offer is a commitment to my craft to make these intellectual ideas and these creative visions actually happen with people that believe in them.” To that end, he came to the realization that he needed to expand his reach and skill set and began to recruit associates who excel in their own particular field. He didn’t have to look very far.  His inner circle already consisted of gifted individuals with expert knowledge in their respective areas and knowledge that would complement and invigorate the organization.
